BECOME A DESERT-ADAPT REPLICATOR
OUR OBJECTIVE: Dissemination of good practices for the fight against climate change, land degradation and desertification risk is a strategic objective of the Desert-Adapt project. WHO CAN BE A REPLICATOR: public bodies, companies, organizations, citizens, who manage portions of the land and who care for the sustainability of their land and share our vision, as reported in The Desert Adapt MANIFESTO, for a more sustainable land managment in areas under degradation risk. WHY TO BECOME A REPLICATOR: a) We will support you to create your own sustainable land management plan (Desertification Adaptation Model DAM) b) we will share your sustainability initiatives and your plan on our REPLICATORS webpage to give visibility to your effort, c) we will connect you with our community involved in sustainability initiatives. HOW TO BECOME A REPLICATOR: a) fill in the registration form in the next page (To Start Replication) and approve the Replication expression of interest, b) we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and we will share with you the REPLICATION TOOLKIT which will help you to create your DAM plan c) we will set a virtual meeting to explain you the simple steps you need to create your DAM plan d) once you are ready we will check your plan and release you a Desert-Adapt Replicator certification. NO obligations: The replicators will develop their planned activities without any obligation on the basis of their possibilities. Replicators are considered an integral part of the Desert-Adapt network and can join the dissemination and communication activities developed by the project any time. They will be included in the dedicated project webpage to show their activities for more visibility and might also publicize products and services resulted from their sustainable implementing activity on our website sharing our LOGO once their plan is set in place.
